By accessing and using the services provided by Egoreal, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Both Egoreal and the client acknowledge the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the course of our services. Both parties commit to taking reasonable measures to safeguard this information from unauthorized disclosure.

Any intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, concepts, and materials, developed by Egoreal during the provision of our services will be the exclusive property of Egoreal unless otherwise stipulated in a separate agreement. The client may not use, reproduce, or distribute Egoreal's intellectual property without explicit written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
While Egoreal is committed to providing high-quality services, we acknowledge that the outcome of any project may vary. Egoreal shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other financial or non-financial losses
6. Limitation of Liability
Either party, Egoreal or the client, has the right to terminate a project or contract with written notice. The terms and conditions for termination, including any associated fees or penalties, will be clearly outlined in the project contract to ensure a fair and transparent process.
7. Termination of Services
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event of any disputes or legal matters arising from our services, both Egoreal Pte. Ltd. and the client agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
8. Governing Law
Egoreal reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates or changes will be posted on our official website, and it is the responsibility of users and clients to review them periodically to stay informed of any revisions.
